The brief

A mental health service that needed a website as considered as its care.

Kent Therapy Hub provides mental health services across a range of therapies and practitioners. Their previous website had poor information architecture, no mobile optimisation, and wasn't doing justice to the quality of care they offered. For a business where trust is everything, this mattered.

The new website was designed with care at its centre — a calm visual language that puts visitors at ease, with clear service pages, detailed therapist profiles and accessible mental health resources. The design uses soft, reassuring tones without feeling generic or institutional.

A WordPress CMS was implemented so the Kent Therapy Hub team can update content, add therapists and publish resources without technical support. Every page is optimised for the searches people actually make when looking for therapeutic help — practical, empathetic SEO rather than keyword stuffing.
